Pramono Inaugurates Jakarta`s New Look on Jalan Rasuna Said

Jakarta Governor, Pramono Anung inaugurated the arrangement on Jalan HR Rasuna Said in Kuningan, Setiabudi, South Jakarta, Sunday (6/21).

The event also officially marked the renaming of the Gedung KPK bus stop as the Setiabudi Integritas bus stop. This renaming symbolizes strengthening the culture of anti-corruption and integrity in this strategic public space.
Pramono hopes that the development of this area will also reflect Jakarta's spirit as a global city that remains rooted in the values of integrity, culture, and sustainability.
"By saying bismillahirrahmanirrahim, I officially inaugurate the arrangement of Jalan HR Rasuna Said and the naming right of the Setiabudi Integritas Satu Bus Stop," said Pramono.
The 3.8-kilometer renovation of Jalan HR Rasuna Said cost Rp 91 billion. 109 monorail poles were dismantled, tidied up, and various facilities were installed.
In addition to organizing this area, Governor Pramono also instructed the Water Resources Agency to clean the Cideng River flow along Jalan HR Rasuna Said.
Regarding the naming rights for the Setiabudi Integritas Bus Stop, Pramono explained that its construction was not funded by the regional budget (APBD), but rather by creative financing.
The naming of this bus stop demonstrates the commitment of cooperation between the Jakarta Provincial Government and the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).
"Funding is entirely from naming rights and existing advertising. This is how Jakarta develops its city, not solely relying on the regional budget, but by providing naming rights opportunities," Pramono explained.
The Head of Jakarta Public Works Agency, Heru Suwondo, stated that the dismantling of the 109 monorail poles was completed within a month. Prior to the redevelopment, Jalan HR Rasuna Said was divided into two lanes, a fast lane and a slow lane, each with different elevations.
Then, after the arrangement was carried out, the road conditions became wider and flatter, and were equipped with various facilities for easy public access, including for pedestrians.
"The sidewalk construction is also complete. Both the road and the sidewalk have benches, and we've prepared them here. We've also relocated utilities," he stated.
Meanwhile, the Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission, Setyo Budiyanto, appreciated the commitment and efforts of the Jakarta Provincial Government in realizing a more comfortable Jakarta.
Regarding the naming rights for the Setiabudi Integritas Bus Stop, Setyo said that this represents a collaboration between the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) and the Jakarta Provincial Government. He also hopes that this bus stop can serve as a platform for educating the public about maintaining integrity and anti-corruption behavior.
"My hope is that a name that reflects identity can become a collective memory. People will remember, care for, and do something positive that embodies the name," he hoped.
